Simple side step and counter to left or right and single step back, step in with counter. Move the head side to side to evade punches (Beware of ducking punches as this sets the chin up perfectly for the knee!) Pull back the head and upper body to avoid high kicks, step in counter. Catch the teep kick, lift and throw, step in counter. Catch the roundhouse kick while moving with the kick, trapping the leg between arm and chest, kick out the supporting leg or throw leg and step in counter.
